Refunds
- For The House of Pallas Intuitive Guidance, there are no refunds for service rendered.
- For The House of Pallas Knowledge (books and ebooks), there are no refunds once the digital download has been provided.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please do NOT return the product. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).Throw it away if damaged or broken. For a replacement if damaged in shipping, please send an email to athena@thehouseofpallas.com with pictures of the damage and identifying order information and I will send you a replacement for no charge.
If you wish a refund, refunds will only be honored within 30 days of purchase and needs a valid reason (extreme nut allergy may have caused a reaction for example). I did not like the product is not a valid reason for a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at athena@thehouseofpallas.com.
