Life Guidance 4 and 10 Card Oracle Tarot Emailed: If you have not received your reading from me by 72 hours after payment is submitted, please email me and note in the subject: Reading Not Yet Received.

Digital Download Files: If you have issues with a digital download file, please send me an email directly describing the issue.

My Book: If you are waiting on a signed copy of my book I Took the Red Pill and worry it has gotten lost in transit, drop me an email so I can check.

The House of Pallas Skincare: For order issues, please send an email describing the issue and provide any supporting photos/videos (if product is damaged or broken) or supporting documentation and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Note - do NOT send back the product if it is damaged or broken upon delivery, I will send you a new order and you can toss what is unusable.
